Research

I conduct qualitative and quantitative research within the domains of mental health and well-being among adolescents and adults.

Special interest topics include self-injury (especially ceasing to self-injure), health and living conditions among sexual and gender minorities, long-term pain and long-term symptoms of covid infection, and the psychology of body modification and embellishment practices within the Western cultural sphere.

I have ongoing collaborations with researchers in different projects, including Självkänsla och Livssituation and QueerPsy.

Teaching

I supervise theses and teach courses in research methods and developmental psychology.
