Personal profile

My research has hitherto had a salutogenic perspective with a focus on women and health in everyday life. My research interest has in recent years also comprised psychometry and metrology, carried on in collaboration with colleagues at Kristianstad University and Linnaeus University.

I have been a registered nurse since 1984 and a Public Health Nurse since 1991. In recent years I have mainly taught on the Master Programme Integrative Health Science where I was previously programmes director. I am also a clinical teacher on the work integrated learning courses during the second and sixth term of the nursing programme.
