    Personal profile

    Research

My research interests are primarily within the field of corporate governance and its different mechanisms, for example the board of directors and compensation. I also find it of interest to consider other organizational forms than what is commonly studied in the CG-field, also non-profit organisations, public corporations etc. face issues of governance. Another research interest is corporate entrepreneurship and to see how the governing mechanisms can stimulate or even restrain developmental activities.

I finished my licentiate doctoral thesis in 2008 and my doctoral thesis in 2012.

    Teaching

I have been employed at Kristianstad University since 2002. During the years I have worked with different tasks, for example as study counsellor, research assistant, programme responsible, and with teaching, all linked to the education programme in business administration.

I primarily teach in corporate governance, strategy and method. I also supervise thesis on bachelor, master and doctoral levels.
