My vison
My vision is that the meal education will be a natural part of everyday activity in preschool and HKR is a recognized player in the research field.

Teaching
I teach in teacher education in home and consumer studies, as well as in the preschool teacher education. I supervise bachelor and master theses in home and consumer studies, food and meal science and educational science.
