    Personal profile

    Research

My research is inspired by the theories of "the reflective practitioner" formulated by Argyris and Schön, constructivism and phenomenology. I have run and participated in participative research projects in public sector organisations focusing on leadership within school and health care. My current research is devoted to leadership and working conditions within higher education with a special focus on the complex situation experience by many Swedish research students. What are the biggest problems and what can/should be done to solve them? This reseach has resulted in a number of conference presentations, books and book chapters.
