Project Details
Short Description
The project "Sustainable organisation's" is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) with the County Administrative Board as the main applicant and which is being carried out together with six municipalities in their work for sustainable working conditions based on four identified problem areas:
- Increase healthy attendance and prevent stress-related ill health
- Improve leadership and managers' conditions
- Promote sustainable full-time work,
- Develop the process of salary surveys and salary analyses
The idea of the project is therefore in line with the priorities in the action plan for the ESF, where some of the regional priorities for southern Sweden are about contributing to future-proofing skills in the labour market and strengthening opportunities for a sustainable working life. These are also well in line with the regional gender equality strategy, An Equal Skåne, where the project is seen as part of contributing to achieving the regional
priority goal of improved working conditions in female-dominated professions.
