Description
This project aims to study how women in leadership roles in Kazakhstani universities identify themselves. The research explores thew ways Kazakh culture and society shape their identity. I interviewed twenty women and three men between November 2023-June 2024, and currently I am working on one book chapter and one co-authored academic article.
