Short Description
Interaktionsdesign blir allt viktigare vid utformning av AI-tjänster. Genom att noggrant designa mötet mellan människa och AI gör vi tekniken mer tillgänglig och begriplig. God design överbryggar klyftan mellan komplexa algoritmer och användare, samtidigt som den skapar förtroende för AI-tjänster. I takt med att AI integreras i våra liv måste vi gestalta tekniken på ett meningsfullt sätt som är anpassat till mänskliga behov.
