Abstract
The study aims to explore how Preschool and Preschool Class Teachersdescribe the collaboration between preschool and preschool class, as well
as their strategies for creating security for students during the transition
period. The research method in the study is qualitative and has been
conducted using semi-structured interviews. The preschool teachers were
asked to answer questions about collaboration, children's security,
participation, and influence in the transition. Through the analysis of the
interview material, where preschool teachers share their thoughts,
experiences, and insights, the study aims to provide an understanding of
the dynamics and challenges in this collaboration. The results of the study
show that preschool teachers have similar views regarding collaboration,
children's security, participation, and influence during the transition. They
believe that the many meetings held between the organizations contribute
to creating conditions for the children's sense of security during the
transition.
