: En kvalitativ studie om samverkan utifrån fritidshemmet och hemmets perspektiv

Abstract

The content of the study focuses on collaboration between caregivers and teachers in after-school centres. The purpose of the study is to shed light on the collaborative process that takes place between teachers in after-school centers and caregivers. The question on which the study is based is what expectations there are based on the teachers in leisure centers and the caregiver's perspective regarding the collaboration process. The perspectives from both of these roles will thus be studied and analyzed against central concepts within collaboration theory. Concepts within the collaboration theory that are discussed are collaboration, approach, relationships, communication and obstacles in collaboration. The collected empirical evidence is based on semi-structured interviews with three after-school teachers and three caregivers. The completed study highlights that cooperation with the caregiver is a central part for the teachers in the after-school centre. Even the caregiver point out the importance of a functioning collaboration with the leisure center.
