Sammanfattning
Increasement of interest in outdoor recreation in Scandinavian countries due to Covid-19 crisis brought the topic of food for outdoor recreation to the table. This paper will focus on understanding consumer choices about food for outdoor recreation: on which aspects they are basing their choices, regarding the surrounding of the meal. This study will highlight the complexity of choosing due to the wide range of factors and the variable expectations from an individual to another.
